Overview
Assists Office Manager with overseeing physician practice by supervising, training, developing and evaluating support staff. Assists with supervising office functions such as customer service, billing and coding issues, EPRs, EMR and scheduling. Collaborating with service line management and other departments to improve the overall practice efficiency, patient care and patient access. Assists Office Manager and leadership team with additional tasks as requested. Assists in overseeing the Destination Services Advanced Endoscopy program and perform data and analytics tracking for the program, along with the management of other administrative team members within the service line. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCs knowledge preferred. Excellent customer service skills and experience exhibiting professional judgement and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required.
