Overview
The Director – Philanthropy will lead the statewide campaign strategy in partnership with the philanthropy team, system leadership, board/volunteer leaders and external consultants. This leader will support the Board of Directors and campaign leadership council(s) to deliver on campaign strategy, progress, and analysis. They will establish and support solicitation priorities and collaborate with Operations leadership and teams to manage prospects lists, prospect analysis and tracking. The Director will lead a Philanthropy work group to inform and direct strategy and deliverables related to campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation. This leader will support campaign-focused team members, volunteers, and donors.
