New Graduates 

New registered nurse (RN) graduates’ benefit from a comprehensive, personalized support system. All RNs in their first nursing role are invited to participate in a Nurse Residency Program alongside nursing orientation. The program provides socialization and support, enhances clinical judgment, and promotes professional development. 

Looking to grow in your nursing career? The Interventional Radiology Department at Ball Hospital is currently seeking motivated, upbeat nurses to join our team! Nurses in this area are trained to monitor sedated patients during procedure. Nurses in IR are also responsible for assisting in the induction of general anesthesia patients. Seeking nurses with critical care experience who want to grow while working in a fast-paced environment.

Pediatric and Women’s Services unit cares for general medical/surgical Pediatric patients as well as adult GYN patients. We are committed to providing high quality care in a family centered care atmosphere. Focused on daily Interdisciplinary Rounding to provide great communication between team members and families. Skilled RN staff with 9 patient beds and a 6-week orientation for nurses. Join us in truly making a difference in the lives of our babies and families!

Nursing skills gained on this unit:

• Pediatric specific trained. 
• PALS and BLS
• Breast feeding education.
