IIS Associate Project Manager-Corporate Real Estate

  • Leads various corporate real estate project(s) ranging from low to medium complexity which encompass information and informatic system needs to successfully complete the project in a timely manner and within budget. 
  • Provides day-to-day coordination, communications, issue/resolution, and financial management related to the specific projects. 
  • Oversees resources assigned to the project and must be familiar with the scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. 
  • Facilitates current and future state business processes, requirements, elicitation, solutions, development, and management.
  • Identifies problems, engages key stakeholders, and tracks resolutions to achieve a positive result. 
  • Plans multiple small projects/enhancements. 
  • Executes plans, monitors progress, and delivers end results. 
  • Effectively coordinates the efforts of a project team with limited supervision to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Uses critical thinking to gather appropriate information and input to present to leaders. 
  • Identifies potential conflicts, and seeks assistance to facilitate and resolve them within the project team to resolve stalled work activities, project dependencies, etc. 

PREFERRED:

  • Project Management experience
  • Multi-team collaboration experience
  • Resource management experience
  • Good problem solving skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience. 
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is required. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. 
  • Strong time/task management skills are required.  
  • Strong working skills with MS Office tools such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. are preferred. 
  • Experience with matrix organizations and a complex work environment is preferred. 
  • Must demonstrate foundational skills of professional judgement and diplomacy, 
  • Requires the ability to work independently while leading cross departmental teams.
