Information Services Scrum Master
The role of the Data Acquisitions Team is to design, develop, and implement innovative modern data ingestion solutions at scale. Through knowledge and expertise in data architecture and development, we build and support the enterprise data pipelines that provide critical business data to the organization and support IU Health strategic goals. As a scrum master, you will be a servant leader and coach for an Agile team who facilitates team events and processes, and supports the team and agile release train in delivering value under the scaled agile framework. You will help educate the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, and SAFe and ensure that the agreed Agile processes are followed. You will also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and improvement. To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
