The Lifeline Manager will have oversight of the LifeLine Operations North team, and they will have approximately 8 clinical direct reports. This manager will assist in the vision and execution of the department strategic plan, including program development, change management, and implementation. As part of an award-winning hospital system, our part-time and full-time roles include:
• Certified Medical Transport Executive (CMTE) strongly encouraged within 3 years of hire.
• Unrestricted Driver's License required.
• Required upon hire: Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
•Requires minimum of 3 years patient transport experience; 5 years relevant clinical experience preferred (RN, Paramedic, or RT).
• Requires knowledge of state and federal regulatory agency guidelines or laws relative to assigned area.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires strong customer service skills.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Requires knowledge of software applications.
• May require extensive travel to various sites two or more times per week to lead initiatives within the department of with partner agencies affiliated with transport.
• Requires ability to communicate collaboratively and effectively with all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Requires demonstrated leadership skills (inspiring, problem solving, communication across multiple organizations, executing).
