This role reports to the Director-Experience Design Application-Regional to align initiatives across the region for success in patient experience metrics. This role will include management of the following teams and programs:

Child Life Specialists

Volunteer Services

Patient Liaisons

Outpatient Complaint Intake and Follow Up

Patient and Family Advisory Councils

Other project-based initiatives or functions may be assigned to this role to manage the perception of patients across the continuum of care.

The Experience Design Application Regional Manager works directly with the regional or business unit executive team and the system Experience Design team to assess, communicate and drive performance and to create change at all levels of the organization. This position manages the design, application and performance monitoring of experience initiatives that facilitate a person centered experience and supports the system IU Health experience strategic plan. This role supports the execution and standardization of all experience related tactics across area of responsibility. It will ensure experience performance metrics are incorporated into transformational improvement efforts. The role amplifies the Voice of the Customer to drive related experience improvements. This position understands the application of tools, frameworks, and methodologies that support the system IU Health experience. May require oversight of various teams as needed.

Bachelors degree required. Degree in Service Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Masters preferred.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in service or healthcare related industry preferred.
