The Clinical Operations Manager will provide oversight of a 28-bed unit within the Simon Cancer Center, located in the heart of Indianapolis. The Simon Cancer Center is Indiana’s only NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center. This manager will have the opportunity to lead approximately 80 direct reports and will assist in the vision and execution of the Adult Adaptable Acuity Oncology strategic plan, including program development, change management, and implementation. The ideal leader will have experience in management and oncology.
