Position Details: 

  • Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
  • Company: IU Health 
  • Department:  Psychiatry BHS
  • Location: Riley Children’s Hospital 
  • Schedule: PRN, Weekends, Days,  occasional work during the week as needed.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Provide standard administrative and technical support to multiple leaders or senior leadership.
  • Manage schedules/calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare travel arrangements, process invoices and expense reports, and handle inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support. 
  • Manage work with limited guidance and direction. 
  • Anticipate and proactively addresses administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. 
  • Assure accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc. 
  • Exercise sound independent judgement. 
  • Anticipate potential issues and challenges and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s).

What You Will Need: 

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.

 

IU Health will be using a Phone Interviewing Software (Qualifi) to send out phone screening interviews for this position.
