We have an exciting Ambulatory Triage RN nursing opportunity with the OB/GYN office at University Hospital.

In this role, the Registered Nurse will deliver direct/indirect  care such as Non-stress tests, IV hydration, patient education and prenatal interviews, assisting with in office procedures and telephone triage.  Maintain a collaborative relationship with the providers to achieve desired patient outcomes.  Must have the ability to multitask and work as a part of a team and focus on providing exceptional patient care. Knowledge of OB and Women’s Health is preferred.

May work 4-10 hour shifts 7:00am - 5:30pm or 5-8 hour shifts 8:00am - 4:30pm  

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
