The Program Manager plans and leads complex initiatives and multiple projects consistent with IU Health growth initiatives. The Program Manager determines, maintains, communicates, and manages project organization, prioritization, and strategic and tactical plans. The Program Manager provides data tracking and analytics for input into executive leadership reporting and decision making. This position assists in the development of strategic plans for the system and leads the development of sustainable, documented processes to support the business. This position executes on initiatives based on sound data and leads performance improvement initiatives. The Program Manager develops, monitors, and reports on operational performance, trending analysis and market comparisons, and special projects related to growth and financial performance. The Program Manager collaborates with management and peers, and works cross functionally across the system to continually identify and lead improvement initiatives.

The Program Manager position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) and Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) product lines – two (2) new and growing product lines within the Home Products division at IU Health. As the direct leader for two small teams, the Program Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, strategic oversight, program growth, and regulatory compliance. The work this role performs is critical in the transition to home-based care delivery, making it an exciting opportunity within the evolving healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned product lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Team Leadership: Directly lead two small teams, fostering collaboration, growth, and a positive work environment.

Growth Initiatives: Work closely with internal and external referral sources to expand program reach and impact.

Strategic Vision: Provide strategic oversight, aligning program goals with organizational objectives.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.

 Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant and complex project management experience.
• Program management experience is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
