Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Perioperative Services team covering the OR, PPCU, radiology and SPD at our Riley Childrens Hospital. 

The Senior Business Analyst supports the business initiatives by providing financial insight, analysis and perspective with specific focus on sales support for Perioperative Services at Riley covering the OR, PPCU, radiology and SPD. We do approximately over 12,000 cases a year and are continuing to grow. Duties will include capital expense forecasting and management, supply expense management, vendor and new product management, budget projections and statistical analysis, Power Bi usage, cost per case, etc. Present high level meetings financials Periop, conducts monthly review sessions with each business unit.  Develops, collects, analyzes, and reports sales/financial related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. Develops and tracks key performance indictors to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making. Analyzes and makes recommendations to optimize sales force deployment, territory alignment and structure. Analyzes product line sales and related financial metrics. Prepares, distributes and ensures accuracy of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales/performance reports to sales force, customers and internal stakeholders.

 Bachelors Degree required.
• Business, Computer Science, Accounting or Economics degrees preferred. Proficient at using MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
• Skilled in using Access and SQL Server database including querying and report generation. 3-5 years of experience required.
• Experience in healthcare analytics and/or health benefits preferred.
• Requires analytical and financial capabilities, as well as some statistical background preferred.
