We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Quality Improvement Consultant to join our team at our Southern Indiana Physician's office in Bloomington IN.
This role will be full time working Monday-Friday on our day shift with hybrid options available throughout the week.
The Quality Improvement Consultant develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates the continuous quality improvement activities for assigned populations. This Consultant works independently and leads specific work groups and performs ongoing analysis of gaps in clinical care and barriers to care, aligning interventions with the strategic plan. This Consultant facilitates the organization's performance improvement process in collaboration with project team leader(s) and conducts training/education programs for the organization staff and physicians in performance improvement methodologies, data analysis, data processing, work simplification techniques, as well as other subjects related to performance improvement.
Previous RN experience is preferred for this role.

Bachelor's Degree required.
Master’s degree in clinical healthcare or business preferred.
Registered Nurse with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license preferred.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred.
5-7 years of experience required.
Microsoft Office skills to include- Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and SharePoint. May require knowledge of data entry systems (e.g. NCQA IDSS/ISS tools, electronic health records, supplemental databases, HEDIS software tools).
Occasional local travel (not overnight).
