We are currently seeking an engaging and innovative leader, who is results-driven and inspired by meaningful work. The Clinical Operations Manager will co-manage Riley Hospital Adult Obstetrics Labor and Delivery Unit, part of Riley Maternity level IV Perinatal Center. They will have approximately 40-50 direct reports that could include RNs, PCAs, Unit Secretaries and CSTs. This manager will assist in the vision and execution of the department strategic plan, including program development, change management, and implementation. The ideal leader will have experience in leadership, project management and OB. The clinical manager of operations combines clinical experience and contemporary leadership practices with the IU Health Way to achieve excellent outcomes.
