IU Health has an outstanding opportunity available for a Clinical Nurse Ambulatory Navigator to join us in our Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic at Riley Children's Hospital.

The Clinical Navigator coordinates the care needs of assigned patients and develops comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum. This Navigator also partners with patients and their primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on their individual needs and preferences and collaborates with physicians, nurses, health professionals, social work, and others to ensure appropriate tests and treatments are delivered in a timely fashion. This Navigator advocates for the patient, and balances care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments are achieved.
