Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the Campus Recruitment team. This role does not require travel and will be on a hybrid/remote schedule.

The Talent Acquisition Consultant partners with customers as assigned to provide talent acquisition support.  Manages a comprehensive campus recruiting process, which includes managing and training teams that are going to campus events and follow up after campus events to get updated notes. The TAC will complete behavioral base interviews and pass candidates along to the correct team to move them through the process. Aligns candidate skills and abilities, with openings, to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively.

 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience. Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts.
• Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
• Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization.
