Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the Operational Excellence team in the West Central Region.

This position will support and manage multiple complex projects in collaboration with others to execute on our operational and strategic objectives. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency, and overall return on investments. 

Our ideal candidate would have experience:

  • Managing multiple projects
  • Working in Healthcare 
  • Leading teams through complex projects
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
