• Schedule: Full Time, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday, no holidays or weekends.

This position will join an engaged support team to provide front office and scheduling support for 9 busy Pediatric General Surgery Physicians and 2 Outpatient Nurse Practitioners. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Provide basic administrative and technical support for the team and providers they support. 
• Manage clinic schedules/calendars, communicates with multiple disciplines via phone and Cerner pool messaging, handles patient and referral inquires as appropriate. 
• Manage work with basic guidance and direction. 
• Address basic administrative and technical issues when they arise.

What You Will Need:

• A High School Diploma/GED.
• 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
