Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our leadership team in the role of Vice President-Chief Advanced Practice and Nurse Officer.
The Vice President – Chief Advanced Practice and Nurse Officer is responsible for setting the strategic vision for ambulatory nursing and advanced practice nursing throughout the IU Health Medical Group. This leader serves as the IUHMG executive leadership team chief advisor on nursing, advanced practice, and patient care services, and will work with a diverse range of audiences, including physicians, chairs, advanced practice providers, IU School of Medicine, the Dean's Office, team members, and regional leadership teams.

Direct Reports: 10 director reports including Regional Nurse Directors, Director Nursing Practice, Associate Chief Nurse Officer & Advanced Practice Officer, Program Managers, Director Medical Assistant Education
Key Relationships: Regional Advanced Practice Directors, Chief Physician Executives, Chief Practice Executives, Chief Nurse Executives
