Specialist-Information Services Intermediate

(this position will involve on premise work at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana)

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Strong Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues, with meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Teamwork and Feedback: Collaborative team player who values constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with A+ certification or similar.
• Great Work Ethic and Problem-Solving: Dedicated to delivering high-quality results and skilled in analyzing complex problems and developing effective solutions.
• Career Growth: Early to mid-career professionals looking for growth opportunities are preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in Service Desk required.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Understands basic concepts of Information Services.
• Previous Phone support experience required.
• Recommends experience working in a Network Operations Center.
• Requires the ability to work any shift or day as needed by management.
