Job Description

Overview

The Senior Communications Associate identifies and carries out internal Communications objectives. Collaborates with all layers of management to recommend and execute key Communications strategies. Partners with internal clients to assess communication needs on strategic projects, and devises comprehensive communications plans to inform, engage, and inspire team members. Creates compelling, action-driven messages and stories, provides art direction for, and produces internal communications programs/projects in support of the overall communication strategy and key objectives. Leads the production of multiple communication vehicles (including publications), including writing, editing, formatting, and design of deliverables. Partners with media, graphics, vendors, and other support teams to drive Communications plans and deliverables.

 Bachelor's Degree required. 
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related discipline required. 
•3-5 years of experience. 
• Experience in interviewing required. 
• Experience with creative and well-rounded writing and editing required. 
• Experience with designing and producing a variety of communication materials required. 
• Requires proficiency in internal communications best practices, social media platforms, and publishing applications. 
• Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
