IU Health is currently seeking a Nursing Professional - Development Practitioner to support the Department of Education to Staff at Bloomington Hospital. The Practitioner-Nursing Professional Development (NPD) utilizes NPD practice judgment and expertise to improve and influence professional role competence and growth of learners in a variety of settings with a desired outcome to support the IU Health Way. Six primary responsibilities of this role include onboarding/orientation, competency management, education, role development, collaborative partnerships, and inquiry. This role often functions in these responsibilities at a unit or facility level partnering with leaders and other stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and initiatives. This position supports the is department in Education (providing onboarding for OR RNs and CSTs
