Service Line Administrator

The Service Line Administrator serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line. This leader is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service line. The leader is responsible for increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies and value. 

Key Relationships

Reports to: Vice-President, Chief Practice Officer

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Master's Preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience in designated service line area.
  • Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level.
