Our teammates help each other out when life outside of work needs you. Currently our Endoscopy weekend call rotation is four weekends off and then one weekend on call. You also have one evening / night call shift through the week. Holiday coverage is only 1-2 Holidays per year and those are covered with call only. We have a robust Unit Based Council that meets regularly to listen to the ideas of our team members and create better processes for patients and team members alike. Qualifications 

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• requirement of becoming OCN certified within 2yrs of hire
