Overview

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license, meeting all regulatory requirements to practice as a CNS.
• 3-5 years of advanced clinical experience, typically gained through progressive nursing roles.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Additional advanced life support certifications may be required depending on the specialty and unit policie
