IU Health Riley Children's Hospital is looking for an Outpatient Cardiology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join their team! This position exists to provide comprehensive, value based, medication-related care to achieve definite outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life. The incumbent acts in collaboration with healthcare professionals in the shared responsibility for patient drug therapy outcomes. This position will provide clinical pharmacy services across our outpatient cardiology service line. Key practice areas include anticoagulation, heart failure, and cardiac transplant clinics. The pharmacist will work closely with a nationally-recognized multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, evidence-based, cost-effective care. Opportunities exist for professional growth relative to clinical, research and educational interests.

Candidates with a PGY2 or experience in pediatrics and/or cardiology preferred.
