Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an RN with leadership and ICU experience!

The Associate Administrator role provides leadership, management and oversight to a facility in the absence of administrative and management staff. The incumbent facilitates patient flow and expedites patient placement. The incumbent is a consultant for emergency or unusual circumstances and follows up on problems and/or concerns with the appropriate department and/or administrative personnel at multiple levels (system, patient clinician).

 Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required or relevant experience.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires completion Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility requirements.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
