Overview
IU Health has been contracted to provide RN coverage at Evonik Corp in Lafayette, IN! Evonik occasionally has “special projects” they process. When these occur, due to safety concerns, they require an RN onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In this position will provide emergency first aid and/or consultation in the event of an exposure. The RN will be trained on any special medical procedures needed.
The shift is flexible to meet the needs of Evonik. The past nurse worked 6am-3pm and had 2 days a month worked a 12pm-8pm shift. The RN can adjust this time and possibly work a 7a-4p, for example. Evonik would prefer a few days each month that have later hours to catch the 3rd shift employees.
We are looking for nurses who have E.R and Urgent care experience. This is preferred but not required.
Newly licensed RN's welcome to apply!
