Overview
The Financial Reporting and Budgeting Manager (Health Insurance Operations and Population Health) is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Finance Officer of Health Plans. This position will be responsible for overseeing the accounting, reporting, budgeting and long range planning functions for several regulated insurance entities and an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). This includes monthly financial reporting packages (both internal and external, in adherence with GAAP), annual operating budgets, projections, variance analysis, account analysis, implementation of procedural and reporting improvements and development of effective business relationships. The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities. This position will manage other team members of varying levels, so there is a need to establish a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a specific goal, as well as plan proper assignments of personnel and appropriate allocation of resources. Prior health insurance industry experience and/or ORACLE Enterprise Resource Planning experience are considered a plus.

• Seven+ years of financial and operational analysis experience, with at least three years of experience in the healthcare industry
