Coordinator - Healthy Results Wellness Program

Job Description

Overview

Provides operational support and promotion of Healthy Results wellness programs. Coordinates and delivers programs, services and activities that support the overall wellbeing strategy at IU Health and Healthy Results. Provides administration and coordination of wellness competitions and assigned projects. Delivers quality data collection, reporting, program operations, and incentive tracking. Promotes and markets Healthy Results in collaboration with program and account managers in addition to assisting with awards and applications. Researches new programs based on market trends and data analysis.

Vendor Administration 

  • Develops and maintains relationships with third-party vendors to ensure a quality product is being delivered to customers. 
  • Management of day to day interaction with third-party vendors. Communicates vendor enhancements to department and customers. 

Call Center

  • Answer incoming calls and responds to customer’s emails. 
  • Management and resolution of customer complaints. 
  • Ensures positive interaction with customer to maximize satisfaction and retention. 
  • Collaborates in the maintenance and development of call center strategies. 

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Excellent customer service and ability to prioritize.
  • Requires experience exhibiting professional judgement and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Previous vendor management experience preferred.
  • Requires proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Requirements

 Bachelors Degree required.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Office experience and/or wellness experience preferred.
• Previous data reporting experience preferred.
