Overview
Leads and directs high-priority and complex project(s) usually encompassing multiple applications and business areas to successful and timely completion and within budget. Provides administrative decision making, leadership and planning for the IU Health's business and clinical projects. Assures day-to-day coordination, communications, issue/resolution, and financial management related to the assigned projects. Oversees resources assigned to the project and must be familiar with the systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Facilitates current and future state business processes, requirements, elicitation, solutions and development and test management.
