We are seeking a Respiratory Care Services Manager at Bedford Hospital! We are searching for individuals who are compassionate, serve with a purpose, are dedicated to supporting their team, and who seek excellence every day. The Respiratory Care Services Manager assists in the planning, directing and overall operation of quality Respiratory Care Services and to maintain responsibility and accountability. Through direct clinical leadership, ongoing outcome analysis and program development, is responsible for quality patient outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and efficient, productive use of personnel, material and financial resources. Serves as a liaison between various departments and leadership and collaborates to ensure quality process and policies are in place. Responsible for system-wide respiratory service integration and interdisciplinary collaboration within the Indiana University Health System.
