We are seeking an experienced RN desiring a leadership position to join our Riley Physicians Landmark Office!
The RN- Ambulatory Supervisor reflects the mission, vision, and values of Indiana University Health, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance, and follows all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of proficient, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position may provide leadership, management, and oversight of nursing practice, clinical care delivery, and provide personnel management to assigned clinical staff.. This position provides assistance with problem-solving; ensures adequate staffing and material resources are available to support patient care and efficient clinic operations. The nurse adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements. This position assists in the day to day coordination of 20 team members and will work in a team approach with other clinic leaders.
Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-8pm and weekends 8am-6pm. This position does require on-call every 3rd weekend. Hours are rotating and schedule specifics to be determined.
