Overview
IU Health is seeking a seasoned healthcare marketer who is passionate about driving consumer engagement, patient retention and physician relations strategies that drive volume and profitable growth. Working closely with service line leaders and providers you will be responsible for defining strategic objectives that builds on key differentiators, including access, exceptional outcomes, and patient experience. Experience in developing plans that include CRM and multi-channels programs/campaigns is required. The ideal candidate will be team orientated, embody the IU Health Way and combine exceptional strategic thinking, superior communication skills, project management, quantitative skills and display an excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a healthcare related industry preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role preferred, including leading, managing, coaching and developing professionals.
• Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
• Requires experience with matrix organization and complex work environment.

- Bachelors Degree Required. Masters Preferred.
