Overview
Are you looking for an opportunity in data analysis and database management to help support Human Resources programs and initiatives? If yes, then this is the opportunity for you! This position develops reports, prepares analyses, makes predictions, and prepares recommendations for decisions based on data and analysis. It works closely with HR leadership to understand priorities and initiatives and determine what data and analysis can be most beneficial in supporting organizational efforts. This opportunity also assists business partners with their information needs around workforce planning and other efforts. Collaborates with other departments to extract and synthesize data from multiple sources. This role develops new and/or more automated ways of tracking and retrieving data – using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Identifies data gaps and makes recommendations for what the data needs to be maintained. Participates on internal project teams to provide data and/or assist with analysis and interpretation for project efforts.
