Overview
This position participates in managing, assessing, coordinating and reporting on various Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) projects of a confidential and often complex nature while using independent judgement, analytical ability and self-direction. This position is responsible for providing decision making, leadership and planning for operational improvement. Position is assigned higher complexity tasks than those expected from RCS - Project Managers and incumbents are held to higher productivity and quality standards. He/she works with RCS management and directors to coordinate projects as assigned. This position stays informed on assigned projects to ensure the organization is prepared to address and resolve issues and requests as necessary. Works independently and researches operational issues with little to no assistance. This position reviews and prepares project-related documents.
