Job Description


Collaborates with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including finance, accounting, marketing, operations or other areas. This position is responsible for but not limited to: Assisting the recruiting team with improving and streamlining temp hiring processes including: Agency accountability dashboard, Development of robust assessment tool for agency performance, Improving processes on interviewing/hiring temp candidates, Streamlining communication mechanisms to agencies, hiring managers. 

Throughout this internship you will gain a working knowledge of synthesizing data into meaningful, easily digestible dashboards, Utilizing data to recommend process improvement, Developing skills in vendor assessment, Understanding best practice re: hiring and onboarding , Cross-department/Leadership Support, Communication Skill Building

Additional position related requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program for health administration, human resources or business administration
  • Must display professional and formal written skills
  • Will be responsible for a presentation of the assigned scope of work for the internship
  • Needs to be self – motivated with interest in process improvement, analytics, operations, communications and H/R processes
  • Must be comfortable collaborating with several business units

Schedule expectations

  • Internship duration: mid May through the end of July
  • Anticipated schedule: no less than 20 hours per week


  • Requires current enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Master's Degree Program.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
