Our Infusion team operates out of the Bloomington Hospital, and is an all around infusion center. The nurses on our team will handle various infusions, including chemotherapy, antibiotics, fluid replacement, iron infusion and phlebotomy. We do not require a certification for hire, however, a Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification will begin shortly after hire. This position is geared toward an experienced nurse and is not ideal for new graduates as this is a highly specialized department.

The schedule for this role is (3) 12 hour shifts per week, from 7am-7pm. We do have on-call commitments for weekends and holidays, requiring this nurse to live within 30 minutes of the hospital.

• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
