We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Indianapolis!

Located in downtown Indianapolis, this is a full-cycle RN recruitment role. This individual will be process driven, passionate about the candidate experience, and will have had exposure working in a large and complex organization. Demonstrable experience in critical thinking, incorporating recruitment methods, and providing positive recruitment experiences to leaders and candidates is a must. As a TA Consultant, you will partner with nursing leaders to develop strategies and identify quality candidates and excite them about a career with IU Health.
This position is based in downtown Indianapolis with work from home flexibility (currently working 100% remote due to COVID-19 and a hybrid remote role pre-COVID). • Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
• Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience. Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts.
