IU Health Methodist Hospital is seeking exceptional nurses to join our Neuro Critical Care team!

IU Health Methodist's Neuro Critical Care Nurses care for patients suffering from brain injury, aneurysms and severe strokes. Neuro Critical Care provides emergency services and 24/7 customized and monitored treatments to help patients recover from serious neurological conditions. Critical care (also called intensive care) provides complete, continuous care for patients suffering from severe illness or injury. Neuro Critical Care nurses treat patients with compassion, care and clinical excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Current or previous PCA and/or Tech experience required
