Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team!

Responsibilities for this position include providing physical therapy services that are individualized, goal oriented and aligned with our vision to inspire patients to thrive and seek out the lifestyle they always wanted through personalized care. Our physical therapists provide a full spectrum of care for patients in the ICU, med/surg unit, swing bed status and outpatient clinic. A local, active orthopedic surgeon group refers conservative and post-op patients for rehabilitation throughout this spectrum. Our services also include treatment of a variety of medical, neurologic and orthopedic conditions assisting patients meet their personal goals. Services include wound care, lymphedema management, men and women's pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling and sports medicine.

This is a supplemental position which includes a weekend rotation for the acute care setting.  Additionally, part-time hours for the inpatient and outpatient setting are anticipated from July through December 2021.  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in outpatient and inpatient setting with adults Experience in wound care

 Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy; or, if foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
