Overview
This is a summer-only paid internship as part of Masters-level coursework at Ball State University. The internship will support educational content and curricular development supporting the IU Health Ball Family Medicine Residency. The position is anticipated to be filled by a current Ball State University Masters Student and will be filled from approximately May 10th through July 24th, 2021. The position is anticipated to require a minimum of 150 hours to satisfy requirements for BSU, likely 15-20 hours per week over the summer session. Collaborates with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including finance, accounting, marketing, operations or other areas. Attends meetings and reports on issues and decisions relevant to assigned projects. Provides operational and administrative support to complete various functions and tasks. Creates correspondence among team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Completes additional tasks, including but not limited to: data collection (coordinate and direct), managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas and other materials for meetings with leaders and team members.
