IU Health is looking for a hardworking and customer service orientated professional to join our Talent Acquisition team!

Located in downtown Indianapolis but currently working remotely due to COVID-19, the Campus Recruitment Project Manager will be accountable for IU Health’s campus recruiting strategies, programs and plans. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, this subject matter specialist will build campus relationships, and coordinate with business unit leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues on best practices. This individual will create and implement programs to engage and attract new grad and high-school talent, with an emphasis on clinical and nursing graduates. This role will also identify, recommend and use external partnerships to improve IU Health’s brand recognition with talent pools and develop plans to ensure efficiency with selected partners. Additional key programs this role will influence include the MBA Management Rotation Program as well as system-wide Internship programs, creating direct impact on our pipelining strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Use industry best practices to develop strategies intended to identify, attract and engage talent to support the organization’s hiring needs, especially in the clinical and nursing realm
  • Define and build multi-layered campus engagement plans to identify and engage talent
  • Partner with IU Health’s employment marketing team to develop value proposition(s) for target population(s)
  • Engage with recruiting and business leaders to develop solutions to enterprise priorities
  • Lead all aspects of event logistics for campus engagement opportunities as well as in-house and virtual hiring events
  • Lead full-cycle internship recruitment processes
  • Manage the MBA Management Rotation Program
  • Research, assess and engage with strategic partners to support IU Health’s talent pipeline needs, which may extend to high-schools and community partners
  • Measure and analyze results, including effectiveness of partnerships and hiring outcomes
  • Build innovative candidate tracking practices
  • Lead training and development for key internal partners participating in campus engagement initiatives, including crafting all needed collateral and standard operating procedures

The ideal candidate will have

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in campus recruitment project management, including development and implementation of programs and plans to engage strategic partners
  • Proven track record to think strategically, translate strategies into impactful plans, develop performance metrics and analyze results
  • Highly developed relationship management and advising skills; including the ability to form relationships and credibility at all levels within an organization
  • Experience building business relationships with campuses, community organizations, and professional associations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting functionality within these tools
  • Experience utilizing Excel for the purpose of reporting metrics and outcomes of campus initiatives
  • Led corporate participation at targeted recruiting events
  • Demonstrable ability to simultaneously lead competing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator (verbal, written and presentation) with the ability to influence various business partners
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Requires Bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
