Guides leadership, decision making, and strategic planning for spiritual care and chaplaincy. Establishes programs and policies that align with the IU Health mission, vision, and values. Partners with leadership to ensure the efficient and productive use of resources and services, including partcipation in budget planning and development. Collaborates with clinical and operation leaders to assess organizational needs and deliver services to meet those needs. Offers spiritual, emotional and cultural care to patients, visitors, and team members. Accountable for driving results and meeting or exceeding goals.
Teaches and organizes Clinical Pastoral Education programs for IUH Health West and IU Health North. Works collaboratively with chaplian's and chaplain educators in the planning and administration of the overall educational program for Level I and Level II Clinical Pastoral Educations, as well as programing for Certified Educator Candidates, under the standards of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). Primary location IUH West in Avon, IN.
