Job Description

Overview

This position exists to assist the Executive Director and team members with the overall operations including special projects, analysis, policies and procedures. The incumbent will coordinate ongoing analysis and development of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services/functions within the assigned area. The positions will provide a significant contribution to Revenue Cycle's overall effectiveness which will be expected through the positions own work and the influence this position has on the work of others. This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting complex projects consistent with the Revenue Cycle Services goals and priorities.

Requires the ability to support and prioritize multiple, complex projects and deadlines with great attention to detail and organization.
• Requires the ability to problem solve and collaborate with multiple customer groups with competing needs.
• Requires the ability to recognize and assess situations requiring actions.
• Proactively anticipates problems and takes timely correction action.
• Requires the ability to handle discretionary and confidential information.
• Requires excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills at a level sufficient to effectively enter into relationship building processes and to present written and verbal presentations to internal management.
• Requires the ability to apply knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures.
• Requires judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
• Requires strong organizational skills.
• Requires critical thinking, analytical and research skills.
• Requires the ability to work independently.
• Requires accountability, dependability and initiative.
• Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, juggling several assignments simultaneously and appropriately prioritizing based on workload.
• Requires the ability to remain flexible, handling a large volume of work with changing deadlines.
• Requires personal computer proficiency in using various systems and software applications.
• Displays cooperative behaviors and willingness to work as a team member.
• Lean Six Sigma training or experience is a plus.
