Job Description

Overview

The Clinical Supervisor position is a new position!  This Supervisor will report to the Manager of Outpatient Oncology Services and will be responsible to oversee clinic processes and team members of both Oncology Clinics.   Also, works closely works with the providers, office manager and entire office team in the coordination of providing exemplary care to all patients of IU Health. This will be carried out through direct supervision of the nursing team and daily interface with all other teams within the practice. Responsible for the overall daily operations of the clinical and administrative staff.

  • ASN required; BSN preferred.  
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN).
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a physician practice required.
  • CPR certified or the ability to become CPR certified within a 90-day period of employment
