We have an exciting position with our Nashville Primary Care office! This facility is located in Nashville, IN. This is a primary care full-time day shift role with core hours being Monday - Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who likes a challenging environment with a positive opportunity to educate patients!
Under the direction of the medical providers, nurses ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner. Our RN's also provide professional nursing services through education and patient care. Nurses follow established processes including patient assessment, nursing diagnosis and evaluations. RN's assist providers and staff in coordinating patient care. They function as a primary liaison between patients, families, staff and providers.
