Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Job Description

Overview

Leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for business initiatives within System Supply Chain. Analyzes current conditions of processes utilizing data and lean management (Based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles) capability with leaders and team members. Applies Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) thinking to achieve break through improvement in support of the business unit's strategic goals. Assists departments in best practice standardization and spread, utilizing lean and change management methodology. Communicates status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders. Manages projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization. Owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to project objectives. Ensures that projects are delivered within committed scope and budget. Work with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.

 Requires Bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant Lean Six Sigma and Project Management experience.

• Requires the ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects, deadlines, and processes with attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
