IU Health Saxony is a 38 bed inpatient hospital located in Fishers, Indiana. The Manager of Imaging Services will oversee approximately 25 direct reports and will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily functions and workflow of assigned departmental personnel.  Also, manages operational functions to include but not limited to: customer satisfaction, administrative responsibilities, information, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance and all patient care within radiology imaging. Manages ongoing analysis, develop and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiencies and effectiveness of services and functions. Serves as a liaison between the department and physicians, nurses and other organization departments.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred. May be required.
  • Requires active status through one of the following: American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT), the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT), or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), as required per specific modality. May be required to have additional certifications dependent on department needs.
  • Requires 5-7 years experience in Imaging Services or related experience in a healthcare institution.
  • 3-5 years leadership experience, required.
  • May require license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), if applicable.
  • Basic Life Support certification through AHA required.
  • Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to assigned area.
