Job Description

Overview

The Business Analyst role in the Enterprise Business Applications department acts as a liaison between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and improvements. This position is focused on work in our Salesforce CRM practice. Candidates for this position should have strong functional knowledge of CRM processes and best practices. Experience using and configuring Salesforce is required, with the Salesforce Administration certification preferred. Knowledge of the health insurance industry, small and large group sales, and call center operations within Salesforce is also preferred. This person assesses and interprets customer needs and objectives to clearly articulate and document requirements.

Candidates for this position will work closely with our CRM development, architecture, quality assurance, and administration teams. They also assist in the preparation of communications and presentations on system improvements and/or alternatives and solves moderately complex problems. This person analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures; prioritizing and coordinating their own work to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills is required in this role. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred, along with experience documenting User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in Azure DevOps or Jira.

 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience required.
• Requires experience in single business area and application (package and custom).
• Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications (ERP, HR payroll, Finance).
• Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word).
• Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
• Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
